We are looking for a organized, reliable, and people-friendly administrative professional to serve as the central point of contact for all back-office and front-desk operations in our therapy practice. This role is essential to keeping the practice running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting our clinical team, families, and leadership.
Manage therapy authorizations across payers (including Medicaid/MCOs and other plans)
Track authorization start/end dates and visit limits
Submit authorization requests and follow up as needed
Communicate authorization status to clinicians and leadership
Flag potential gaps or expirations proactively
Serve as a point of contact for families, therapists, and corporate
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and warmly
Support intake, scheduling coordination, and basic client inquiries.
Prioritizing applicants with prior healthcare experience.
